RESPECT & PROFESSIONALISM

• •Treat all members, moderators, and guests with professionalism and respect at all times.
• •No hate speech, discriminatory language, personal attacks, harassment, or bullying of any kind.
• •Disagree respectfully. Debate ideas, not people. Keep discussions constructive.
• •Be patient with members who are new or less experienced. Everyone is here to learn.

CONTENT & DISCUSSIONS

• •Stay on-topic in discussions, especially in public forums and live sessions. Use the appropriate channel for your post.
• •No spam, repetitive posts, or low-effort content. Quality over quantity.
• •Do not post misleading information, fake news, or unverified claims as facts.
• •Keep discussions professional. This is a business community - save casual chat for #off-topic.
• •Religious and political discussions are strictly prohibited. This is a business-focused community - keep all conversations related to business, entrepreneurship, and professional development.
• •Do not share content that could be divisive based on religion, politics, ethnicity, or regional differences. We are one community united by business.

NO SELF-PROMOTION OR SOLICITATION

• •Do not use the platform to solicit unrelated services, products, or business opportunities.
• •No unsolicited DMs promoting your business or asking for money/investment.
• •Share your work only when relevant to the discussion or in designated channels (#opportunities, #showcase).
• •Affiliate links and referral codes are not permitted unless explicitly approved.

LIVE EVENTS & WEBINARS

• •Follow moderator instructions at all times during live sessions.
• •Remain on-topic and respectful while speaking or asking questions.
• •Moderators may mute, remove, or rotate speakers to manage time and fairness - please respect these decisions.
• •Do not record or redistribute live sessions without prior written permission.
• •Replays are reserved for members only and may be edited for quality or compliance.
• •Do not raise religious or political topics during live sessions, Q&As, or webinars.

CONTENT USAGE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• •All content (guides, webinars, reports) is for personal and non-commercial use only.
• •Reproduction, redistribution, or public sharing of member-only content is strictly prohibited.
• •Do not screenshot or copy premium content to share outside the community.

PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

• •Respect member privacy. Do not share personal information, contact details, or private conversations without consent.
• •What's shared in the community stays in the community - especially in VIP Boardroom discussions.
• •Do not use member information for unsolicited outreach or sales outside the platform.

LANGUAGE POLICY

• •Written content (newsletters, guides, reports) is provided in English, French, and Arabic.
• •Live sessions may be conducted in French or Algerian Arabic (Darja) depending on the speaker or audience.
• •The language will be communicated in advance. Summaries may be provided when possible.
• •Feel free to post in English, French, or Arabic - use whichever you're comfortable with.

ENFORCEMENT & CONSEQUENCES

Violations of these guidelines will be handled as follows:

• 1.First offense: Warning via DM from moderator
• 2.Second offense: Temporary suspension (7-30 days)
• 3.Third offense or severe violation: Permanent ban without refund

Note: Severe violations (harassment, illegal activity, content theft, religious/political incitement) may result in immediate permanent removal.

If you witness a violation or experience inappropriate behavior:
