Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Algeria Business Bay website, directories, content and membership community hosted through Circle. Algeria Business Bay is a professional education, content and networking brand. The legal entity with which you contract for a paid membership depends on the currency and payment method selected at checkout.

1. DEFINITIONS

• •"Community" refers to the Algeria Business Bay membership community hosted on the Circle.so platform.
• •"Website Portal" refers to the algeriabusinessbay.com website containing business news, directories, and resources.
• •"Member" refers to any individual who has purchased a membership subscription to access the Community.
• •"Content" refers to all materials, including but not limited to webinars, guides, reports, news articles, directories, and community discussions.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• •You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services.
• •By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

• •To access the Community, you must create an account on Circle.so and purchase a membership subscription.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• •Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account or allow others to access the Community using your credentials.
• •You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated.

4. MEMBERSHIP TIERS AND ACCESS

• •ABB may offer different membership plans, billing periods and access levels. The features, price, currency, billing period and renewal conditions applicable to a membership will be those displayed at the time of purchase.
• •Changes to a plan will not retroactively alter an already paid membership period. Material changes affecting a future renewal will be communicated before that renewal where required by applicable law.
• •Upon expiration or cancellation of your membership, access to member-only content, community, live events, and recordings will be revoked.

5. CONTRACTING ENTITY AND PAYMENTS

For memberships paid in an international currency through Circle and Stripe, the seller and contracting entity is EVENTHACKER LLC.

For memberships paid in Algerian dinars through SofizPay, the seller and contracting entity is EURL Taywalt.

Stripe, Circle and SofizPay provide payment or platform infrastructure and are not the sellers of the ABB membership.

The applicable seller, currency, price, billing frequency and renewal conditions will be displayed before the customer confirms payment.

Members must provide accurate billing and account information. We may delay or suspend access where a payment remains incomplete, is reversed, is identified as potentially fraudulent or requires additional verification.

6. DIGITAL DELIVERY

Membership access is delivered digitally through Circle. After successful payment, the member will normally receive access instructions or an invitation by email. Additional verification or technical processing may occasionally delay activation.

A member who has not received access within 24 hours after successful payment should contact hello@algeriabusinessbay.com.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

• •You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• •You agree to comply with our Community Rules & Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• •You may NOT: use the Services for any illegal purpose; harass, abuse, or harm other members; post hate speech, discriminatory, religious, or political content; share misleading information; spam or solicit unrelated services; share or redistribute member-only content; record or redistribute live sessions without permission; use automated systems to access the Services; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• •All Content provided through the Services, including but not limited to webinars, guides, reports, news articles, directories, and other materials, is owned by Algeria Business Bay or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• •You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• •Reproduction, redistribution, or public sharing of member-only Content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
• •Business news content on our Website Portal is curated from third-party sources for informational purposes. All rights to original news content remain with the respective publishers.

9. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

• •By posting content in the Community, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Services.
• •You retain ownership of your user-generated content but are responsible for ensuring it does not violate any third-party rights or these Terms.
• •We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or our Community Rules without notice.

10. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

• •The Community is hosted on Circle.so. Your use of Circle is also subject to Circle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• •We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party platforms.
• •Links to third-party websites in our Content are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.

11. TERMINATION

• •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership immediately, without refund, if you violate these Terms or our Community Rules.
• •Grounds for immediate termination include: breach of Terms; harassment or harm to other members; misuse of content; illegal activity; repeated violations of Community Rules.
• •Upon termination, your right to access the Services will immediately cease.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• •Algeria Business Bay provides educational, informational, and networking services. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or investment outcomes from using our Services.
• •Use of information, connections, or introductions made through the Services is at your own risk.
• •To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Algeria Business Bay, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

• •We may update these Terms periodically. All members will be notified by email of material changes.
• •Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW

Transactions sold by EURL Taywalt are governed by Algerian law. Transactions sold by EVENTHACKER LLC are governed by the law applicable to that entity and the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to the customer.
