Established as a public scientific and technological institution (EPST) under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Center for Development of Advanced Technologies (CDTA) is headquartered in Baba Hassen, Algiers. It drives scientific research, technological innovation, and advanced training in high-tech fields (micro-fabrication, human-robot interaction) while fostering startup incubation through its Fikra-Tech incubator and Fikra-Days initiatives.
