Industry Minister Saim Quidri received Kazakh Ambassador to Algeria, Anarbek Akhmetov, on Monday, where he expressed Algeria's readiness to export its pharmaceutical products to the country. A ministry statement said that during the meeting, the two sides discussed "opportunities to enhance bilateral cooperation in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as the exchange of experiences and expertise in the field of alternative medicine, specifically herbal medicine," which is considered a growing sector in Kazakhstan.
