The ministry explained in its notice that operators who established their commercial records in 1999 or earlier are required to log into their accounts on the National Commercial Registry Center through the 'SIDJILCOM' platform, and retrieve their complete history to re-register (La date de réimmatriculation), as it is necessary to complete the registration process on the digital platform.
