The Minister of Public Works and Basic Infrastructure, Abdelkader Djellali, chaired a working session on Sunday dedicated to presenting the activity report of the bodies under its supervision responsible for managing sector projects for the year 2025, along with presenting its action plan for the year 2026, in the fields of highways, railways, targeted transport, and basic port facilities, according to a statement from the ministry. During the meeting, presentations were made on the main programs and projects overseen by the sector's bodies, including the expansion project of the Annaba port, which includes the construction of a mining dock as part of the integrated phosphate project, in addition to targeted transport projects. The activity report of the Algerian Highway Company and program updates were also presented.
