Algeria Hosts the 132nd Session of the Board of Directors of the Arab Iron and Steel Union

The 132nd regular session of the Board of Directors of the Arab Iron and Steel Union was held, chaired by Engineer Ahmed Ezz, President of the Union, with the presence of board members and representatives of the holding company SNS and its subsidiaries, to discuss organizational, financial, and strategic issues related to the Union's activities and the prospects for developing the iron and steel industry in the Arab world. The council approved in Algiers on Tuesday the development plan of the Union aimed at enhancing its regional role and increasing the competitiveness of the Arab iron and steel industry, as well as adopting the key digital indicators for the sector and the estimated budget for 2026, reaffirming the Union's commitment to financial sustainability and the effective implementation of the outlined programs.
