The Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons and Mines of Algeria, Mohamed Arkab, along with the Minister of Petroleum, Mines and Geology of the Republic of Chad, Ndoulinodji Alex Naimbay, presided over the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding between the SONATRACH group and the Chadian Petroleum Corporation today, Thursday.
