The Transport Directorate of Algiers stated that the new public transport line for passengers in El Harrach is aimed at those wishing to invest in this sector, provided that the conditions stipulated in Executive Decree No. 04-415 dated December 20, 2004, as amended and supplemented, are met, as part of the organization of transport activities and the enhancement of public offerings.
