The Minister of Tourism and Traditional Industry, Houria Medahi, presided today, Thursday, in Algiers, over the ceremony for the delivery of the National Award for Traditional Industry and Crafts for the year 2025 in its 22nd edition. In her speech on the occasion of this ceremony, which took place at the Mouloud Kacem Naït Belkacem Cultural Palace in the presence of the Minister of Knowledge Economy, Startups, and Small Enterprises, Nourredine Ouadah, and representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Algeria, Ms. Medahi explained that this honor is part of 'instilling a culture of competition among artisans and elevating and developing traditional industry and crafts.'
