Oil prices achieve the largest weekly increase since last October

Oil prices continued to rise during trading on Monday in global markets. Brent crude futures rose by 31 cents or 0.49 percent to $63.65, while West Texas Intermediate crude rose by 30 cents or 0.51 percent to $59.42 per barrel. Both crude types rose by more than three percent last week, marking their largest weekly increase since last October.
