The Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, presided over the signing ceremony of two cooperation agreements with the Republic of Chad in the field of training and developing human skills in the hydrocarbons sector, on the sidelines of the International Exhibition of Mines, Quarries, and Hydrocarbons 'Simica Chad 2026' in the Chadian capital N'Djamena. According to a statement from the relevant ministry, the first agreement, signed between the Algerian Petroleum Institute and the Chadian Ministry of Petroleum, Mines, and Geology, aims to establish a sustainable framework for cooperation in training, enhancing capacities, and developing human resources, allowing Chadian ministry officials and technicians to benefit from Algerian expertise in all specialties of the hydrocarbons value chain.
