Béjaïa Port has set a new record in handling bulk cargo, unloading 15,153.60 tons of corn within 24 hours, in an operation conducted directly from the ship to the trucks, according to the Béjaïa Port Authority (EPB). The authority stated in a press release that the operation was carried out at berth number 21, starting from the ship 'BUNUN TREASURE' coming from Santarém, thus breaking the previous record set at the port.
