The Military Industries Directorate of the Ministry of National Defense received today, Sunday, 435 new buses of various types, as part of the President's program to import 10,000 buses to renew the national public transport fleet. The batch included 338 buses at the Port of Algiers and 97 buses at the Port of Gentilly. According to the Algerian public television, this shipment is part of a total of 6,800 buses scheduled to be received from foreign partners, from the People's Republic of China and the Federal Republic of Germany, while the delivery of the remaining quantity will continue in the coming months.
