Algeria has made a notable entry into the list of the largest Arab countries importing Chinese solar panels in 2025, with imports jumping from 0.35 gigawatts in 2024 to 2.10 gigawatts, achieving the highest growth rate in the list, indicating a rapid implementation of solar energy projects, diversification of energy sources, and reduction of dependence on gas.
