The Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructure is intensifying the follow-up on the eastern mining line project Annaba – Blad El Hadba, through holding two consecutive working sessions chaired by Minister Abdelkader Djellal, during which he emphasized the strict implementation of the President's instructions aimed at completing the project within the specified deadlines, while mobilizing resources and enhancing coordination among various stakeholders to accelerate the pace of completion. The first working session, held in implementation of the President's instructions issued during the Council of Ministers meeting on January 26, 2026, was dedicated to monitoring the progress of the project on several sections, notably the bypass of the city of Ténoukla (43 km), Dhria – Oued Kebrit (30 km), and the port of Annaba – Bouchakouf (54 km), etc.
