New Tourist Projects and Hotel Units in the Heart of Bejaia

The Minister of Tourism and Traditional Industry, Houria Medahi, began today, Saturday, a working visit to monitor the progress of tourism development projects, where she inspected the modernization and rehabilitation works of a public tourism unit, and reviewed the progress of several tourism units belonging to the private sector. She also oversaw the inauguration of new hotel units and visited a traditional industry and crafts exhibition, as part of enhancing the tourism offer and supporting investment in the sector. According to a statement from the relevant ministry, the visit included monitoring various projects aimed at developing tourism infrastructure and improving services, in the presence of the minister's accompanying delegation, where she was received by the governor of the province, the president of the provincial people's council, and several members of both chambers of parliament.
