Production of oil, sugar, and wheat rises to record levels in preparation for Ramadan

The central director at the Ministry of Internal Trade and National Market Regulation, Daachi El Hajj, revealed that seven producers of cooking oil have increased their daily production from 2400 tons to 3600 tons, while five producers of sugar have raised their output from 3700 tons to 4000 tons daily. Daachi also explained during his appearance yesterday, Monday, on the morning guest program of the second radio channel that the quotas for soft and hard wheat for mills have been increased by 20%, bringing daily production to 1250 tons of semolina and 23625 tons of flour, along with additional quantities of milk powder to support dairy factories.
