The Minister of Public Works and Infrastructure, Abdelkader Djellali, announced today, Saturday, the resumption of the project works. The mentioned project connects the Wilaya of Qalmah to the East-West highway at the border of the Wilaya of Annaba after years of suspension. Djellali's statements came during his inspection of a section of the dualization project of National Road No. 16 linking Annaba to Souk Ahras passing through Qalmah.
