Tosiali Launches Project for Processing Gara Djebilet Ore

The Tosiali iron and steel complex will begin this year the construction of a plant for the preliminary processing of iron ore extracted from the Gara Djebilet mine, in partnership with the National Company for Mining Research and Exploitation 'Sonarim', according to a statement issued by the complex. The statement clarified that the annual production capacity of the anticipated plant is estimated at four million tons, and it will include units dedicated to enrichment, lime production, and sulfuric acid production, with the project expected to be completed by December 2028.
