Algeria and the Republic of Niger signed a memorandum of understanding in the hydrocarbons sector yesterday, Tuesday, aimed at promoting bilateral cooperation through the development of joint projects across the value chain, including exploration, production, geological studies, and the exchange of technical and scientific information, as well as enhancing partnerships between national companies in both countries.
