Exploring the Prospects of Involving Startups and Micro-Enterprises in the Irrigation Sector

On Sunday, the Minister of Water Resources, Taha Derbal, met in Algiers with the Minister of Knowledge Economy, Startups, and Micro-Enterprises, Nourredine Wahid, to discuss ways to enhance cooperation with startups and micro-enterprises in areas related to the irrigation sector, according to a statement from the Ministry of Water Resources. The same source clarified that the working session, held at the Ministry of Water Resources, was dedicated to exploring the prospects of involving startups and micro-enterprises in the construction of irrigation facilities, manufacturing hydraulic equipment, and providing services, in addition to developing water economy technologies.
