This came during the reception of the Minister of State, Minister of Energy, Mohamed Arkab, on Monday, by the CEO of Abunayyan Holding Group, Turki bin Saeed Al-Omari, in the presence of the Saudi Ambassador to Algeria, Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Basiri, and the General Manager of the Algerian Desalination Company (ADC), Lahcen Badeh, along with officials from the ministry.
