More than 77,000 interventions and 10,000 commercial violations during the first ten days of Ramadan

The Ministry of Internal Trade and National Market Regulation recorded 77,847 regulatory interventions during the first ten days of Ramadan 2026, resulting in the observation of 10,330 violations and the drafting of 10,101 judicial follow-up reports, with 256 proposals for administrative closure. This was part of the regulatory program for the holy month and in implementation of the instructions of the sector minister to protect purchasing power and ensure market supply.
