The Director General of the Loan Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises, El Hadi Tamam, announced the signing of agreements with all licensed banks in Algeria to grant loans exceeding 50 billion dinars, with a guarantee of up to 70 percent to cover the risks borne by the banks.
