Official Gazette: Issuance of a Ministerial Decision Determining the Procedures for Canceling and Clearing Tax Debts

The procedures for canceling tax debts recorded during the year 2011 and prior, as well as clearing debts recorded from 2012 until 2025, have been determined by a decision published in the official gazette No. 19. The tax debts covered by the decision signed by the Minister of Finance include various uncollected tax liabilities in addition to fines for assessment and collection and other increases recorded in the accounts of tax collectors, whether those related to liabilities imposed through collective or individual assessments or those resulting from voluntary declarations submitted by the indebted taxpayers.
