The Ministry of Pharmaceutical Industry has issued a new regulatory decision that defines the elements of the application file for the accreditation of pharmaceutical manufacturing institutions and the methods for studying the files, as well as the list of substantial amendments that require prior authorization. This decision comes within the framework of implementing the provisions of Executive Decree No. 21-82 related to pharmaceutical institutions and their accreditation conditions, aimed at regulating the establishment of pharmaceutical and medical supply factories and enhancing quality standards and good manufacturing practices in Algeria.
