Members of the National People's Assembly praised the progress of the zinc and lead mine exploitation project in Tala Hamza and Amizour in Bejaia, expressing their satisfaction with the level of work recorded, and confirming the importance of this project which is expected to start in the coming days in implementation of the instructions of the President of the Republic. The meeting was chaired by the Wali of Bejaia, Kamel Eddine Kerbouche, in the presence of the President of the Provincial People's Council, the General Director of the SONARACH industrial mining group, Redha Belhaj, the project manager representing the Algerian-Australian joint company BZL, along with members of the National People's Assembly, the acting heads of the Amizour and Tichy districts, and the mayors of Tala Hamza and Amizour, as well as the relevant executive directors.
