On Tuesday, the Commission for the Regulation and Monitoring of Stock Operations 'COSOB' granted its approval for the information memorandum regarding the increase of the capital of the public economic institution 'EPE CRAPC EXPERTISE SPA' by 15%, through a public savings offering by issuing 39,000 new shares on the Algerian Stock Exchange, which will be listed in the growth section of the capital market. According to a statement from the commission, the total value of the issuance is 62,400,000 Algerian Dinars, with the price of each share set at 1,600 Algerian Dinars, and a specified maturity date of January 1, 2026. The shares will be issued in the form of bearer shares, non-material, and registered in accounts with authorized account keepers and bond custodians.
