In this context, the Bank of Algeria issued a new instruction regarding the determination of the level of external commitments of banks and financial institutions, according to instruction No. 03-26 dated April 26, 2026, amending instruction No. 02-2015 dated July 22, 2015, signed by the Governor of the Bank of Algeria.
