The Commission for the Regulation and Supervision of Stock Operations (COSOB) has granted its approval for the information memorandum regarding the capital increase of 'Irad' (AYRADE SPA) by 25 percent, through a public savings offering, according to a statement from the commission on Sunday. The same source clarified that the decision was made during a committee meeting held on April 15, where the operation includes the issuance of 1,250,000 new shares for subscription, which will be listed in the growth section of the capital market.
