Unprecedented Acceleration in Renewable Energy Projects in Algeria

Algeria is accelerating the pace of renewable energy development under a program aimed at reaching 15,000 megawatts by 2035, with the production of 3,000 megawatts in the first phase and the introduction of more than 1,400 additional megawatts during this year, enhancing electricity generation capacity and allowing for the saving of up to 8 billion cubic meters of gas annually.
