Establishment of an Algerian-Italian Center of Excellence for Agricultural Training and Innovation with an African Dimension

A presidential decree was issued in issue 37 of the official gazette establishing an Algerian-Italian center with an African dimension, dedicated to training, research, and innovation in the agricultural field, under the name 'Enrico Mattei', as part of enhancing scientific and technical cooperation between Algeria and Italy and supporting agricultural capacities at the African level.
