A presidential decree was issued in the 37th edition of the official gazette, establishing an Algerian-Italian Center of Excellence with an African dimension. The mentioned center will be directed towards training, research, and innovation in the agricultural field, under the name 'Enrico Mattei'. This decree No. 26 – 193 was signed by the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on the twelfth of May.
