The 'Mohamed Ben Ahmed' Conference Center in Oran will host the 13th edition of the International Salon of Real Estate Developers, Smart Housing, and Decoration 'Elogia' from July 27 to 30, according to the salon's governor, Akram Sidi Yakhlef.
