The Minister of Tourism and Traditional Industry, Mrs. Houria Medahi, announced today, Tuesday in Algiers, the launch of the first edition of the national competition on innovation in smart promotion of Algerian tourism 'IA Tour Algérie 2026', aimed at encouraging innovation in this field. While overseeing a study day on tourism in Algeria, organized on the sidelines of the 25th International Tourism and Travel Fair, Mrs. Medahi explained that this competition comes 'in appreciation of efforts aimed at enhancing the sector and encouraging innovation in the smart promotion of tourism in Algeria.'
