Subsidiaries of the SONATRACH group signed three memorandums of understanding with the Nigerien National Petroleum Company 'SONIDEB', including the establishment of a joint company for drilling oil and gas wells in Niger, cooperation in the acquisition and processing of seismic data, as well as the development of petroleum product distribution activities, in a new step to enhance the energy partnership between the two countries.
