Algeria maintained its position as the second largest supplier of liquefied natural gas to Turkey during the first half of 2026, having exported 1.62 million tons, despite a slight decline of 4.1% compared to the same period last year, while Ankara's total imports of liquefied gas rose to 7.11 million tons, an annual increase of 2.6%.
