عززت الجزائر مكانتها, للسنة الثالثة على التوالي, ضمن فئة البلدان ذات الدخل المتوسط الأعلى, وفق أحدث تصنيف أصدرته مجموعة البنك الدولي ويعكس هذا التصنيف التقدم الذي أحرزته الجزائر خلال السنوات الأخيرة على صعيد النمو الاقتصادي والاستثمار العمومي, إلى جانب تحسين حوكمة المالية العمومية. ووفقا لهذا التصنيف, الذي يستند إلى تحليل نصيب الفرد من الدخل القومي الإجمالي لـ218 اقتصادا خلال سنة 2025, تعد الجزائر واحدة من 8 بلدان إفريقية مصنفة ضمن فئة البلدان ذات الدخل المتوسط الأعلى.
