Authorities continue to expand the powers of public administration representatives at the one-stop shops of the Algerian Agency for Investment Promotion, by granting state property management representatives the authority to prepare and sign concession contracts related to economic property, in a move aimed at simplifying administrative procedures and accelerating the implementation of investment projects. The Algerian Agency for Investment Promotion clarified in a statement issued on Sunday that number 50 of the official gazette, published on July 15, included a decision from the Ministry of Finance delegating representatives of the state property management working at the one-stop shops of the agency to prepare and sign concession contracts related to economic property.
