The Algerian Minister of State and Minister of Energy, Mohamed Arkab, participated on Sunday via videoconference in the ministerial meetings dedicated to monitoring the implementation of evaluation mechanisms and following up on the decisions of the participating countries in the cooperation declaration (OPEC+).
