The executive decree n° 26-271 of August 1, 2026, related to the natural disaster fund and disaster risk has been published in the official journal n° 57 of August 5. The text defines the areas of intervention of this fund and the conditions for granting aid to victims, in application of the finance law for 1984. It repeals the executive decree n° 90-402 of December 15, 1990, which organized this fund for more than thirty-five years.
