No fees or taxes on sales and these are the conditions for customs clearance of buses and spare parts!

The government has defined the procedures for customs clearance of vehicles designated for the transport of ten passengers or more, including the driver, imported in final condition or unassembled, within a limit of 10,000 units, exempting them from all rights and fees, according to a joint ministerial decision issued in application of the provisions of the 2026 finance law. The procedure includes vehicles classified under tariff item number 87.02, whether they are fully imported and ready for use or unassembled vehicles, and it extends, for the latter, to the parts and components that make up the kit when imported separately.
