SONELGAZ Completes Replacement of High Voltage Power Line and Restores Service in Record Time

SONELGAZ teams completed the replacement of the transmission wire for the high voltage line (60 kilovolts) early Saturday morning, restoring the line to service after four hours from the start of the operation, as part of a maintenance and development program for the electricity transmission network, ensuring continuity of power supply and enhancing the stability of the electrical network. SONELGAZ reported that the work began at four o'clock in the morning, after mobilizing all human and material resources, along with specialized technical teams that initiated field intervention, before completing the operation around eight o'clock in the morning, and the power line was restored to service normally.
