The tax oversight files for 2026 officially enter the settlement system. The cancellation of the assessment schedule after full payment within 10 days has opened the door for a new category of taxpayers to benefit from the exceptional procedure for voluntary tax settlement, after expanding its scope to include files that were subject to tax oversight and for which an assessment schedule was issued during the year 2026.
