The National Company for Metal and Copper Structures (ENCC Spa), a subsidiary of the National Holding Company for Iron Industry (SNS), and the group 'FERROVIAL' signed a framework agreement for industrial cooperation aimed at developing the specialized iron freight car manufacturing industry and producing cars intended for the transport of mining materials, with a targeted local integration exceeding 70%. The agreement was signed on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, by the CEO of the National Company for Metal and Copper Structures ENCC Spa, Abdelhalim Arouch, and the General Director of the FERROVIAL group, Monir Abbassi, in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Company FERROVIAL, Said Arabat.
