Arqab confirms in Niamey Algeria's readiness to support the Nigerien hydrocarbons sector

The Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons, Mohamed Arqab, confirmed today in Niamey Algeria's readiness to support Niger in developing its hydrocarbons sector and enhancing its energy resources, according to a statement from the ministry. This came during his talks with Niger's Minister of Petroleum, Hamadou Tini, which were attended by the CEO of SONATRACH, Nourredine Daoudi, and his deputy in charge of refining and petrochemicals, Slimane Slimani, as well as the General Director of SONATRACH International Petroleum Exploration and Production, Sherif Bouarara, and several sector executives, alongside the Algerian ambassador to Niger.
