El Bayadh Records Production of Over 126,000 Quintals of Cereals
The El Bayadh province recorded a total production of 126,500 quintals of various types of cereals during the current agricultural season, with an increase in the quantities received by the Cooperative of Cereals and Dried Legumes compared to the previous season, according to the Directorate of Agricultural Services. This production came after the conclusion of the harvesting and threshing campaign, where the yield of durum wheat reached nearly 89,000 quintals, while barley production exceeded 33,000 quintals, along with more than 4,500 quintals of soft wheat.
