Souk Ahras: Laying the Foundation Stone for the Construction of the Chemical Phosphate Processing Plant and Fertilizer Production

The Minister of State, Minister of Energy, Mohamed Arkab, along with the Minister of Public Works and Basic Infrastructure, Abdelkader Djellali, and the Minister of Mines and Mining Industry, Mourad Hanifi, oversaw the laying of the foundation stone for the construction of the chemical phosphate processing plant and fertilizer production in Oued Kebrit, Souk Ahras Province, this Thursday. The project to construct this plant is part of the integrated phosphate project that includes the provinces of Annaba, Souk Ahras, Tebessa, and Bir El Ater.
