On Saturday, Minister of Industry, Fred Kourtel, received representatives of Algerian companies authorized in vehicle manufacturing in Algiers, where the meeting was dedicated to discussing ways to localize plastic components and enhance national integration, according to a statement from the ministry. During the meeting, held at the ministry's headquarters with the presence of central sector officials, ways to build a comprehensive national vehicle industry were discussed, in implementation of the state's strategy aimed at increasing the integration rate, enhancing subcontracting, and expanding the local production base of components and spare parts.
